Bach liked the exhilarating, propulsive "Preludio" from his E major Violin Partita so much that he arranged it for orchestra and re-used it in two of his cantatas. This rousing arrangement of the Sinfonia from Cantata No. 29 will make an ideal wedding recessional or a brilliant concert encore piece.
